Exact mileage calculation
A special algorithm, which was developed for rail traffic, calculates the mileage along the rail network exactly.
Load detection
The loading states “full” or “empty” are reliably detected with our WS-D1 wireless sensor and enable statements to be made about the load-related mileage determination. And transparency in wagon management.
Shock detection
If limit values are exceeded, the shock detection immediately reports that the location has been exceeded and can also record the shock course for analysis.
Flat spot detection (WS-D1 and not TC 6H4)
Flat spots on wheels are detected during transport by a sensor on a bogie and reported via the telematics system. This function can be activated in addition to the load detection.

TrackCube 6B Ex is a monitoring and locating system in an explosion-proof design, for example for operation on hazardous goods vehicles such as pressurized gas tank wagons and tank containers and is acc. certified according to the ATEX directive.
It is possible to connect sensors via the radio interface with the ITSS IF2 standard, as well as to use certified wired sensors.
Certified sensors can be connected for use in zone 1 and there is also the option of using a sensor for zone 0 via cable connection.

Exact mileage calculation
In the mileage calculation specially developed for rail traffic, algorithms take cornering along the rail network into account and link position reports and information from mapped rail routes for the calculation. As a result, the distance calculation is very precise and is in the range of 1% deviation.
Transport monitoring
The transport monitoring provides the current transport progress and the exact whereabouts and reports the start of the transport, the interruptions, onward journeys and the end of the transport.
Temperature monitoring
The TSK 3 temperature sensor is the wired sensor solution for monitoring temperatures in ATEX zones. Using defined limit values, exceeding or falling below can lead to an immediate alarm message.
Shock detection
If limit values are exceeded, the shock detection immediately reports that the location has been exceeded and can also record the shock course for analysis.
Tank storage concept for dangerous goods
Storage areas with dangerous goods can be monitored and evaluated through a defined area detection coupled with a temperature limit value monitoring. Area alarms are also reported in the event of unauthorized exit or entry.

Working direction detection
The working direction and the position of the track construction machine is important information for track construction and must be visible before the machine is delivered. By using two TC 6H4 and a special measuring algorithm, the working direction of the machine is also guaranteed when stationary.

Handbrake detection
Track construction machines, MFS wagons or similar cause flat spots and damage to the track if they are pulled by the locomotive with the handbrake on. The wireless sensor WS-B1 recognizes the status of the handbrake and informs the responsible persons.
Shock detection
Flat spots often lead to damage to the track on the freight wagon or ultimately to the goods being transported. With our 3-axis acceleration sensor, we register bumps and send notifications when limit values are exceeded.

GPS Gateway was specially developed for use on locomotives, taking into account the high electromechanical and electromagnetic requirements. System solution for locating locomotives, application area ESF Energy-saving driving style. The system consists of a subrack, a DCDC converter, a GPS unit and a processor system. Robust, railway-approved subracks have a backplane for accommodating the system assemblies. The cables to the system modules are routed from the front, via the connectors in the front panels.
Verified position data
GPS Gateway provides verified position data. The received GPS data is checked, processed and forwarded to external control systems after correction.
Plausible data for evaluation
The GPS data is filtered via the integrated processor system and undergoes several plausibility checks. These software filters ensure that the quality of the GPS data is always consistent (no inaccurate or incorrect data).
Service interface
A service interface (RS 232) enables the functions of the GPS module to be configured for the respective application.
