LTE GATEWAY

was developed for data communication between DB AG control centers and locomotives as well as for further processing of data within the locomotive.

The focus is on the one hand the exchange of current timetable data and on the other hand the internal provision of data via data interfaces such as Ethernet and IBIS Wagenbus for the passenger information system (FIS).

LTE GATEWAY communicates with the control center via an LTE/GSM/GPRS/UMTS radio module with a DB AG background system.

GPS GATEWAY and LTE GATEWAY meet all the necessary standards and approval requirements.
